IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION!

>> It is expected that prior to Registration, all competitors have made themselves familiar with the Supplemental Rules available on the Rules page or in the printable 2011 Entry Packet.<<

All racers are asked to register by Friday, August 19, 2011

There will be a $25.00 PER ENTRY penalty for registrations postmarked or submitted online after August 19. (ie: $150.00 rather than $125.00 per entry)

Entries recieved after 5PM on Thursday, September 1, will be assessed a $100.00 PER ENTRY penalty. (ie: $225.00 rather than $125.00 per entry)

CAPS ON CLASSES. ENTER EARLY!! Due to the growth in popularity of the event, a cap has been placed on classes for 2011. The first two classes to have more than 30 entries will be capped at 55 entries and will have a last chance qualifier. All other classes will be capped at 30 entries. Entrants will be accepted in the order in which they were received. A waiting list will be maintained until August 1st.

Refund Policy: Refunds will be granted by request until August 1st. After August 1st, refund requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis and generally refunds will NOT be given after than date.

Qualifying: Starting order will be determined by timed qualifying.

All pit requests will be handled in the order they are received. Event sponsors and RIGP committee members will receive special consideration. All special requests will be based on availability and what will suit each person to the best of the Pit Stewards’ discretion. With the exception of tractor cabs, no motor homes or tow vehicles will be allowed to stay in the pits.
